Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP) is a national provider of premier human and organizational development services. Our mission is to increase the effectiveness of organizations and improve the health and well-being of employees. We are committed to working strategically with our customers to identify key drivers of organizational health in their workplace and to provide interventions, services and metrics that meet their objectives.

FSEAP is a national organization of licensed EAP providers who deliver service from more than 1,000 Canadian locations. FSEAP became Canada’s first EAP provider in 1975 and has led the industry in service innovation and value. We are privileged to work with more than half a million employees and their families and more than 2,000 corporate accounts. These organizations range in size from less than 200 employees to organizations employing more than 5,000 employees.                                                                               
FSEAP - Kingston is the Eastern Ontario Regional Director.  Within our Eastern Ontario region, which includes the counties of Peterborough, Northumberland, Prince Edward, Hastings, Lennox & Addington, Frontenac, Leeds & Grenville, and the Cornwall and Ottawa Region, FSEAP manages 53 accounts with 40,000 employees. In terms of EAP staff serving the Frontenac County and Lennox & Addington County communities, we have 10 Masters level trained Staff Clinical Counsellors, 6 Masters level trained Affiliate Clinical Counsellors, 5 Credit Counsellors, 3 Administrative Staff and 3 Account Management Staff.

FSEAP Kingston’s host community agency is K3C Community Counselling Centre which has provided mental health and credit counselling services in Kingston since 1968. K3C assists families and individuals, through Counselling, Community Development, Advocacy and Public Education Programs. Unlike other Canadian EAP vendors, the proceeds from our EAP efforts are spent in support of K3C’s services and programs to our community where we work and live.

All members of our FSEAP multidisciplinary team of Clinical Managers, Counsellors, Specialists and Account Managers share a core commitment to the business success of our customers. We embrace a collaborative approach to working with our customers in order to encourage, promote and develop all aspects of workplace health and productivity.

Our organization is unique in its ability to provide on-site Workplace Consulting, together with Face-to-Face Counselling and Trauma Response. This service depth reflects our commitment to providing a human response to human issues in the workplace. We also respect and accommodate the ethnic and gender preferences of our counselling clients, and offer services not only in French and English, but also in a variety of other languages that reflect the Canadian cultural mosaic.
